Cookies and Tracking

At Dundas Casino, cookies keep the lights on by remembering your login, your settings and your session. Below you will find the kinds we use and the way to turn off the optional ones.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a tiny file stored by your browser during a site visit. With it, the site knows your browser again on the next page or on a return trip. We also use pixels, browser storage and similar tools. On this page, cookies means all of them.

2. Third-party cookies

Some cookies come from partners rather than from us. They include:

Payment and identity verification partners, during deposits and checks.
Analytics partners, who count visits for us.
Advertising partners, when you allow marketing cookies.

Each partner sets its cookies by its own policy. Partners can use the data solely for the service they deliver to us.

3. Analytics cookies

Count visits and page views.
Show which pages load slowly or break.
Report in totals, not as a profile of you.
Run only after you agree.

4. Strictly necessary cookies

Keep your session live as you click through the site.
Protect your account and help stop fraud.
Support the location checks that must run before you play.
Remember your cookie choices.

The site cannot run without these, so they stay on. They do not track you for advertising.

5. Marketing cookies

Measure which campaigns bring new players to the site.
Stop the same advert from appearing over and over.
Run only after you agree.

In Ontario we do not publicly advertise incentives, and our marketing follows that rule.

6. Functional cookies

Remember your language and display settings.
Recall your username on the sign-in screen if you ask us to.
Keep game preferences, such as sound on or off.

7. Managing or switching them off

A cookie banner asks for your choice on your first visit.
Changed your mind? Use the cookie settings link in every page footer to update this choice.
Your browser lets you delete stored cookies or block new ones.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in and playing will stop working.

Turning off analytics, marketing or functional cookies never affects your balance, your bets or your payouts.

8. Changes

New cookie type or a changed one? This page gets updated and dated again. When a change requires your consent, the banner comes back to ask. Questions? Email [email protected].
